Exercise education group:Exercise Education Group underwent CDT-based therapeutic exercise training in addition to standard care for BCRL treatment

20 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Female patients aged >= 25 years. 2.First-time diagnosis of breast cancer confirmed by pathological examination. 3.Post-mastectomy patients with stage III or IV lymphedema. 4.Voluntary participation with signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy. 2.Patients with severe comorbidities involving the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or other major organs. 3.Patients unable to comply with the required training or examinations. 4.Vulnerable populations (excluding illiterate/elderly individuals), including those with psychiatric disorders, cognitive impairments, critical illnesses, or pregnancy.
