Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Aged >= 18 years; 2 Previous pathological results confirm clear cell renal cell carcinoma; suspected metastatic clear cell renal cell carcinoma based on recent conventional imaging examinations (CT, MR or ultrasound) or 18F-FDG PET/CT scan; 3 Expected survival period = 6 months; ECOG score <= 2; 4 Subjects voluntarily sign a written informed consent form and agree to abide by the research regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients who have used TKIs need to discontinue the drugs for at least 1 week before the scan. 2 Patients who have used HIF inhibitors need to discontinue the drugs for at least 3 months before the scan. 3 Patients with immune dysfunction or those who have recently used immunosuppressants or immunostimulants, including various vaccines. 4 Pregnant or lactating women. 5 Severe claustrophobia or other conditions that make them unsuitable for PET/CT examination.
