Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Control group 1. Patients who visited Guangdong Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025; 2. Age range from 0 to 65 years; 3. With serological indicators and specific IgE indicators; 4. Diagnosis of non-allergic patients; Case group 1. Patients who visited Guangdong Provincial Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2024 to April 2025; 2. Age range from 0 to 65 years; 3. With serological indicators and specific IgE indicators; 4. Diagnosis of allergic patients;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No serological indicators and specific IgE indicators; 2. Patients with severe comorbidities (such as malignant tumors, severe cardiopulmonary diseases), those who have recently received immunotherapy, or other treatments that may affect IgE levels;
