Interventions
Experimental group:After receiving etomidate 0.3 mg/kg induction, remimazolam, 0.1 mg/kg, intravenous bolus.
Control group:After receiving etomidate 0.3 mg/kg induction, the control solution was given normal saline, 0.1ml/kg, intravenous bolus.

18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-80 years old; 2.PONV high-risk subjects (Apfel score >=3) planning to undergo elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Refuse to participate; 2.Severe liver dysfunction (Child Pugh class C); 3.Severe renal dysfunction (requiring dialysis treatment); 4.ASA classification level 4 or above; 5.Take benzodiazepines or psychotropic drugs within one week before surgery;
