18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective surgery patients with general anesthesia with laryngeal mask; 2. Age 18-79 years old; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I.-III; 4. Body mass index (BMI): 18-30kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiovascular diseases in the past; 2. Patients with a history of long-term use of sedative and analgesic drugs, drug abuse or alcoholism; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with pathological obesity, myasthenia gravis, severe depression, epilepsy, and history of mental illness; 5. Patients with uncontrolled hypertension, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism and eofocytoma; 6. Patients with difficult airway;
