Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suspected CF patients hospitalized at the Children's Hospital of Soochow University, defined by =1 characteristic CF manifestation per Chinese Expert Consensus on CF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Fever and acute infection, dehydration, edema, malnutrition; 2. Taking mineralocorticoid drugs, 3. Suitable skin areas for eczema
