Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with atopic dermatitis according to the Zhang's diagnostic criteria in China. 2.Aged 60 and above, regardless of gender. 3.The duration of the illness is at least 6 months, and there has been at least one moderate to severe relapse in the past year. 4.Scoring Atopic Dermatitis(Scorad)>=25 points, or Eczema Area and Severity Index(EASI)>=16 points. 5.Those who have received systemic treatment or topical hormone therapy in the past six months, but with unsatisfactory results or recurrent conditions. 6.The patient or their legal guardian agrees to participate in the study and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other skin diseases: simultaneously suffering from other skin diseases that can lead to similar skin lesions, such as psoriasis, cutaneous T-cell lymphoma, etc. 2.Severe systemic diseases: Suffering from severe systemic diseases that affect immune function, such as uncontrolled diabetes, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, or malignant tumors. 3.Immunosuppressive therapy: Patients who have received immunosuppressants or biological agents in the past 6 months (unless these treatments were for AD). 4.Poor compliance: patients who are unwilling or unable to complete follow-ups on time, or who have mental or behavioral disorders that affect long-term compliance. 5.Severe infectious diseases: such as active tuberculosis, HIV infection, active viral hepatitis, etc. 6.Participated in other clinical trials: Have participated in other clinical trials in the past 6 months that may affect the results of this study.
