Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The patient's age is >=18 years old; 2.Patients who need colonoscopy; 3.Have the ability to read, understand and sign informed consent forms; 4.The researchers believe that the subjects can understand the process of this clinical study and are willing and able to cooperate and complete all the research processes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have participated in other clinical trials, signed the informed consent form and within the follow-up period of other clinical trials; 2. High-risk diseases or other special circumstances that the investigator believes are not suitable for the subject to participate in the clinical trial; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Drug or alcohol abuse or mental illness in the past 5 years; 5. Known multiple polyposis syndrome; 6. Known inflammatory bowel disease; 7. Known intestinal stenosis or colorectal mass tumor; 8. History of previous colorectal surgery; 9. Known suspected intestinal obstruction or perforation; 10. History of allergy to pre-used antispasmodics; 11. Inability to undergo biopsy and polypectomy due to coagulation disorders or oral anticoagulants; 12. Premature termination of colonoscopy due to rapid changes in the patient's heart and respiratory rate, patient intolerance, obstruction, and large space-occupying lesions; 13. The cecum is not reached during colonoscopy, or polyposis syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease is suspected.
