Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10) 2: Disease duration >= 15 years 3: Age 45-65 years 4: No limb motor function disorder 5: Obtained informed consent from the patient's family

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Those with communication and comprehension disorders. 2: Those who have recently suffered from diseases such as fractures or muscle injuries that affect athletic performance. 3: Those with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, liver, and kidney. 4: Those with emotional disorders, organic mental disorders, and drug or alcohol abusers. 5: Those whose physical or mental symptoms have worsened and are unable to cooperate with researchers
