18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. DTC group: Papillary carcinoma (PTC) or follicular carcinoma (FTC) confirmed by postoperative pathology; 2. Benign group: Benign nodules confirmed by FNAC or postoperative pathology; 3. Complete clinical data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other malignant tumors or hematological diseases; 2. Acute infection, trauma or surgical history within one month before the operation; 3. Poor control of autoimmune diseases (such as SLE, rheumatoid arthritis); 4. Long-term use of immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Had received radiotherapy, chemotherapy or immunotherapy before the operation.
