Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18 and 80 years; 2. Underwent colonoscopy or enteroscopy at our hospital between January 1, 2010, and May 30, 2025, with detection of colorectal adenomas and successful completion of endoscopic resection; 3. Baseline endoscopy with complete examination reports and pathological results recorded, along with follow-up data (at least one subsequent colonoscopy or follow-up confirmed by phone).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer at baseline examination; 2. Patients with a history of hereditary colorectal polyposis syndromes (such as familial adenomatous polyposis \[FAP], Lynch syndrome, etc.) or inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease); 3. Lack of follow-up data: no follow-up examination records after baseline adenoma removal and follow-up information cannot be obtained.
