Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: From July 15th, 2025 to October 31st, 2025, patients who visited the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine at Dongguan People's Hospital and were suspected by clinical doctors of cardiac structural abnormalities, assessment of internal cardiac shunting, abnormal embolism, unexplained stroke, transient ischemic attack, migraine, etc., were prescribed and underwent right heart acoustic contrast echocardiography and cardiac ultrasound examination; The patient is aged between 18 and 65 years old; Willing to fill out the Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Hamilton Depression Scale carefully; Complete clinical data; Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The quality of the right heart acoustic imaging is not up to standard. 2. Incomplete clinical data 3. Patients diagnosed with anxiety/depression in the past 4. Patients currently taking anti anxiety/depression medications; 5. If other serious mental and psychological disorders (such as schizophrenia, insomnia, personality disorders, etc.) are combined or if the researcher is currently taking antipsychotic medication, they are deemed unsuitable for inclusion in this study.
