18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18; 2. Pre-operative patients with a definite clinical and pathological diagnosis of gastrointestinal cancer; 3. PHQ-9 >=5 or GAD-7 >=5; 4. With informed consent and conditional allowance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with cognitive impairment, hearing impairment, psychiatric disorders, organic brain lesions, etc. who are unable to cooperate. 2. Participants who need or are already using anti-anxiety/depressants during treatment.
