Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years; 2.First diagnosis of STAAD; 3.Emergency surgery after hospitalisation (<=14 days); 4.First ICU admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age <18 years; 2.First diagnosis of non-STAAD; 3.Not first ICU admission; 4.Surgery after ICU admission.
