Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients aged >=18 years; 2) Patients with suspected gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) or other gastric submucosal tumors (SMTs) requiring endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) examination; 3) Patients with the ability to read, understand, and sign the informed consent form; 4) Patients who, in the opinion of the investigators, are able to understand the procedures of this clinical study and are willing and able to comply with and complete all study-related procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2) History of drug or alcohol abuse, or psychiatric disorders within the past five years; 3) Patients with absolute contraindications to endoscopic ultrasound (EUS) examination; 4) Anatomical abnormalities of the upper gastrointestinal tract caused by advanced malignancies; 5) Known acute and severe pharyngeal diseases that prevent endoscope insertion; 6) Patients with upper gastrointestinal obstruction; 7) History of allergy to anesthesia; 8) Patients with cardiac, pulmonary, or other major organ dysfunction; 9) Uncontrolled hypertension; 10) Inability to cooperate with or complete the EUS examination for any other reason; 11) Patients from whom pathological results cannot be obtained or whose pathological diagnosis rules out gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs).
