Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Full-time college students; (2) Total score of the Lay's General Procrastination Scale >= 70 points; (3) No use of psychotropic drugs or receipt of relevant acupuncture treatment within the past 30 days; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in the clinical study and agree to sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for healthy volunteers (1) Full time college students; (2) The total score of the Lei's General Procrastination Scale is = 40 points; (3) Those who voluntarily participate in clinical research and agree to sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Organic mental disorders, or diseases related to surgical history or psychoactive substances; (2) Having other family histories of mental illnesses such as dementia, schizophrenia, mania, hysteria, etc.; (3) Subjects with disturbances of consciousness or restlessness who are unable to cooperate in completing paradigm tasks and EEG collection; (4) Patients with concurrent skin lesions or skin diseases. Exclusion criteria for healthy volunteers (1) Subjects with acute or chronic pain, subjects taking painkillers or psychotropic drugs; (2) Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have skin lesions or skin diseases; (3) Subjects with consciousness disorders or restlessness who are unable to cooperate in completing paradigm tasks and EEG collection.
