Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the IHD-3 diagnostic criteria for migraine (2) meeting the diagnostic criteria of ICD-10 for sleep disorders (3) VAS>=7 and PSQI>=7 (4) Age of 18-65 years old (5) Informed consent was signed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Severe cardiovascular diseases (2)Coagulation dysfunction (3)Cervical anatomical abnormalities (4)History of mental disorders (5)Pregnancy and lactation period (6He was allergic to local anesthetics (lidocaine)
