Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged = 18 years. 2. An unpaid family member, friend, or volunteer providing care to a community-dwelling older adult. 3. Being the primary caregiver who has assumed primary responsibility for care for = 3 months. 4. Able to use WeChat independently. 5. Has provided informed consent and agreed to participate voluntarily. 6. The care recipient is aged = 60 years and resides at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of auditory, intellectual, or other impairments precluding comprehension of, or response to, study questions.
