Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing elective transurethral surgery under general anesthesia; 2. Age: 65 to 80 years old; 3.ASA grades I to III; 4.BMI1 hour; 6. The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to norepinephrine; 2. There is fever (core body temperature >37?), hypothermia (core body temperature <36?) or chills; 3. Circulatory system diseases, including hypertension, sinus bradycardia, organic heart disease, etc; 4. There are skin or soft tissue diseases in the area covered by the warm blanket; 5. Imbalance of water and electrolytes; 6. Liver, kidney, thyroid diseases, mesenteric or peripheral vascular thrombosis, diabetes, and the use of drugs that may alter body temperature regulation (such as acetaminophen and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), etc;
