Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with depression (meeting the ICD-10/DSM-5 diagnostic criteria); 2. Aged >=18 years and hospitalized for >=2 weeks; 3. Received treatment with at least one medication; 4. Possesses good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills; 5. The patient or family member has informed consent for this study and has signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cognitive impairment and physical illness; 2. Acute phase of illness or acute risk of suicide; 3. Participation in other clinical trials that may interfere with the results of this study.
