Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.All subjects must be at least 18 years old, with no gender restrictions; 2.Samples with HLA typing test results from laboratories accredited by third-party CNAS or CAP are included; 3.All included samples are from patients prior to their first orthotopic liver transplantation; 4.The included samples should cover as diverse a range of typing categories as possible; 5.Both donors and recipients have signed the hospital's informed consent form for the donation of biological samples and health-related information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age >70 years; 2.Samples collected during chemotherapy, targeted drug therapy, or in disease states such as high tumor burden or severe aplastic anemia (AA); 3.Samples from patients after liver transplantation or other organ transplantations; 4.Based on the investigator's judgment, other medical or social issues may affect the patient's ability to sign informed consent, participate in the trial, or influence the interpretation of trial results.
