Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pathological diagnosis of breast cancer stage I-III; Age 18 years and above; Within three months after breast cancer surgery (including mastectomy, breast-conserving surgery, and breast reconstruction surgery); Patients with normal upper limb function before surgery; No psychiatric illness or communication disorders, able to properly understand what the researcher is presenting; Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chemotherapy prior to surgery; deep phlebitis or thrombosis of the affected limb; distant metastases; Patients with cardiovascular disease, ischemic vascular disease, acute skin inflammation, severe peripheral neuropathy, or joint disease; History of bilateral lymph node dissection.
