17 Years to 48 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 17 or above; stopped wearing soft contact lenses for 2 weeks or more, hard contact lenses for 1 month or more; best-corrected visual acuity of 4.9 or above; able to fully cooperate with the trial. (2) Axial length 26.00mm for the high - myopia group. All subjects have no pathological myopia changes. (3) No other eye diseases except refractive errors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of continuous systemic or local ocular medication other than artificial tears within 3 months; systemic diseases affecting ocular homeostasis. (2) Ocular lesions affecting visual function, such as keratoconus, corneal scar, corneal dystrophy, conjunctivitis, blepharitis, and complications of high myopia (e.g., retinoschisis, choroidal neovascularization). (3) Previous ocular trauma or surgery. (4) Inability to complete all examinations.
