Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years old, first onset in hospital; 2. "three stem and one hemorrhage" disease meets the diagnostic criteria in relevant clinical guidelines and is confirmed by ultrasonography, electrocardiogram and imaging. 3. Patients or their family members were informed and voluntarily participated in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with congenital heart disease, cerebrovascular disease or lung disease; 2. Patients with malignant tumors and serious impairment of important organ functions; 3. Contraindicated patients with coagulation dysfunction or related diseases for interventional therapy.
