Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria to the onset of effect; (1) Medical history: hip fall/motor vehicle collision/carrying heavy objects/performing sports bearing shear or torsion/maternity; (2) Symptoms: pain in the sacroiliac joint area, limited movement of the lower limbs; (3) Signs: 1) The bilateral anterior superior iliac spine is unequal in height, the length of both lower limbs is unequal, and the lower limb with the high anterior superior iliac spine is long. 2) Bilateral sacral sulcus depth asymmetry. 3) The sacrum is flexed laterally to one side. 4) Three or more of the following five provocative tests are positive: sacroiliac joint dissociation test; sacroiliac joint crush test; femoral compression test; Gaenslen test; FABER test; (4) Imaging findings: anteroposterior pelvic radiographs showed uneven sacroiliac joint space on both sides/unequal distance from S2 to both sacral wings/the triangle formed by the connecting lines of the sacral wings on both sides and the extension lines on the lateral surface of both sides of the sacrum did not coincide with the center line of gravity 2. No history of relevant surgery; 3. Have not received other related treatments before 1 month of treatment; 4. No other treatment will be done during the whole treatment process and follow-up period; 5. Those who are willing to accept the treatment plan.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Dislocation or fracture of the lower back or lower limbs. 2.Conditions that may cause lower back or hip pain, such as: Acute disc herniation Spinal stenosis Piriformis syndrome 3.Known central or peripheral nervous system disorders with progressive neurological deficits. 4.Known rheumatic diseases. 5.Pregnancy or lactation. 6.Known osteoporosis, metabolic disorders, severe cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled hypertension, or severe kidney disease. 7.Malignancy (known cancer).
