65 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=65 years old; (2) Unilateral hip fracture (femoral neck or intertrochanteric fracture) confirmed by X-ray or CT; (3) Undergoing surgical treatment (internal fixation or joint replacement); (4) Conscious, MMSE score >=24; (5) Able to complete the Chinese version of the scale evaluation; (6) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pathological fracture or malignant tumor; (2) severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction (NYHA grade ?-? or COPD GOLD Grade 3-4); (3) previous history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; (4) Serious complications occurred after surgery (deep vein thrombosis, infection, etc., requiring a second operation); (5) Missing follow-up or missing data >20%.
