Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pilot Study: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Certified as a basketball athlete at Level 2 or above; 3.No personal or family history of psychiatric disorders. Study 1: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Certified as a basketball athlete at Level 2 or above; 3.No personal or family history of psychiatric disorders. Study2: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Certified as a basketball athlete at Level 2 or above; 3.No personal or family history of psychiatric disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pilot Study & Study 1 Exclusion Criteria: 1.Participation in similar anxiety-induction experiments within the preceding 6 months (to prevent practice effects or compromised induction efficacy). 2.Personal or family history of psychiatric disorders. 3.Current receipt of other psychotherapeutic interventions. Study 2 Additional Exclusion Criteria: 1.Participation in similar anxiety-induction experiments within the preceding 6 months (to prevent practice effects or compromised induction efficacy). 2.Personal or family history of psychiatric disorders. 3.Current receipt of other psychotherapeutic interventions. 4.History of any neurological/medical contraindications for tDCS, including: head injury or cranial surgery, medical implants, prior adverse reactions to tDCS/TMS, personal or family history of epilepsy, unexplained loss of consciousness, stroke, suspected underlying neurological disorders, diagnosed neurological/CNS diseases, frequent headaches, current use of neuroregulatory medications and pregnancy. Screening protocol: Pre-recruitment questionnaires will identify these contraindications. Individuals meeting criteria will be excluded after formal risk disclosure regarding contraindicated participation.
