Inclusion criteria: Age 18-50 years old ASA I~III BMI >=35 Agree to ERAS

Exclusion criteria: Inability to provide informed consent. Inability to understand written or verbal communication. Severe comorbidities (e.g., severe pulmonary hypertension, heart failure, etc.). Pregnant woman
