Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for young and middle-aged tuberculosis patients include: 1. meeting the "Diagnostic Criteria for Tuberculosis (WS2008-2017) of the People's Republic of China Health Industry Standard"; 2. males aged 18 to 59 and females aged 18 to 54; 3. patients are aware of their diagnosis, voluntarily participate in this study, and sign an informed consent form in writing. 4. possess good communication skills and can effectively cooperate with the survey. The inclusion criteria for spouses of young and middle-aged tuberculosis patients include: 1. having a legal marriage relationship with the patient and living together for more than 1 year; 2. males aged 18 to 59 and females aged 18 to 54; 3. serving as the primary caregiver during the patient's treatment, able to provide supervision and support; 4. being aware of the spouse's illness, voluntarily participating in this study, and signing an informed consent form in writing; 5. possessing certain communication skills and able to complete the survey questionnaire independently.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for middle-aged and young tuberculosis patients: 1. Patients who were unemployed before the onset of the disease; 2. Patients with extrapulmonary tuberculosis; 3. Patients diagnosed with drug-resistant tuberculosis; 4. Patients with other serious systemic diseases or complications (such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, etc.); 5. Patients with cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to complete the research survey; 6. Female patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding. Exclusion criteria for spouses of middle-aged and young tuberculosis patients: 1. They have serious infectious diseases or other major illnesses that affect their participation in the investigation; 2. Having cognitive impairment or mental illness, unable to complete the questionnaire survey; 3. Unable to live or provide support with the patient during treatment due to special reasons such as separation or job transfer; 4. Not aware of the patient's diagnosis or refusing to participate in this study; 5. Pregnant or lactating female spouses may have special physiological and psychological conditions that could affect the research results.
