Age
18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with G-EAC who underwent primary surgical treatment or surgery after neoadjuvant therapy; 2.Patients with unexpectedly diagnosed G-EAC on postoperative histopathology after hysterectomy; 3.G-EAC patients who received chemoradiotherapy alone without surgery; 4.Patients with comprehensively documented clinical and pathological records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concurrent primary malignancies of other types, including gynecological malignancies of non-G-EAC origin; 2.Patients diagnosed with G-EAC during pregnancy; 3.Octogenarian and older G-EAC patients (age >80); 4.Patients with postoperative follow-up <12 months or lost to follow-up;
