Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for gastric precancerous diseases (confirmed by electronic gastroscopy and histopathological examination as atrophy, with or without intestinal metaplasia, with or without mild to moderate dysplasia) or the diagnostic criteria for CSG (chronic superficial gastritis), and are diagnosed with spleen deficiency syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM); 2. Age between 18 and 65 years; 3. No intake of relevant medications within one week; 4. Able to communicate normally and sign the informed consent form; Only those who meet all the above criteria can be included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with organic gastrointestinal diseases, including peptic ulcers, type A gastritis, gastrointestinal tumors, or gastrointestinal bleeding; (2) Patients with severe comorbidities affecting the heart, brain, kidneys, liver, or coagulation function; (3) Patients with a history of gastric surgery; (4) Patients unable to cooperate with biopsy collection; (5) Pregnant or lactating women, as well as individuals with severe mental illness who are unwilling to comply with the study. Patients meeting any of the above criteria were excluded from the study.
