20 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Men aged 20-35 ; 2.BMI 18.5-24.9; 3.No consumption of alcohol or alcoholic beverages during the trial period; 4.Avoid other functional foods and supplements during the trial period;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Major chronic diseases; 2.Immune dysfunction or use of immunosuppressants/modulators; 3.Intake of polyphenolic plant health supplements and prebiotics in the past month; 4.History of antibiotic use in the past month; 5.Smoking and excessive drinking; 6.Intestinal diseases.
