The remazolam group (group R) :After the fetus was removed from the umbilical cord clamping, group R (n=40) was given an intravenous injection of remazolam 0.1 mg/kg followed by a target-controlled in
the saline group (group C):After the fetus was removed from the umbilical cord clamping,group C (n = 40), equal doses of saline were infused during the same period.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2. ASA grade I to III; 3.body mass index (BMI) of 18 to 28 kg/m²; 4.singleton pregnant women scheduled for emergency cesarean section under spinal anesthesia; 5.willing to participate and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Axillary temperature > 37.0°C or = 180/110 mmHg); 3.contraindications for spinal anesthesia; 4.gestational age = 600 mL; 6.subjects allergic to the study drug; 7.anesthesia level did not reach T6 or was changed to general anesthesia.
