Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end-stage liver diseases, such as liver cirrhosis, liver cancer, and acute liver failure, who underwent liver transplantation surgery in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with ASA grade ? or above, who have severe preoperative comorbidities involving the heart, lungs, and kidneys; 2.Patients with active infections, such as HIV or tuberculosis; 3.Malignant tumors with metastasis: Malignant tumors with extrahepatic metastasis; 4.Substance abuse: Long-term alcohol abuse or drug abuse without abstinence.
