18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patient (>=18 years of age); endoscopic pathologically confirmed diagnosis of esophageal cancer; proposed radical esophagectomy for esophageal cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Significant arrhythmias (e.g., atrial fibrillation, ventricular tachycardia) or long QT syndrome;Long-term medication use (>1 month continuous use) of beta-blockers, anticholinergics, or immunosuppressants;Concomitant conditions including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g., Crohn's disease), or active infection.
