18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent free flap repair surgery for oral malignant tumors/oral cancer at the Third Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from May 25th to June 20266; 2. Age range: 18-75 years old; 3.ASA grades I-III; 4. Patients who undergo elective radical surgery for oral cancer and free flap repair.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe heart and kidney dysfunction (eGFR<60ml/min/1.73m ²); 2. Coagulation dysfunction; 3. Known history of hydroxyethyl starch allergy; 4. Reynaud's disease; 5. Arrhythmia; 6. Peripheral vascular diseases; 7. Emergency surgery.
