Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet one of the diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis in the "Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis (2022 Edition)" and the diagnostic criteria for vitamin D deficiency in the "Guidelines for the Application of Vitamin D in Adult Bone Health (2014 Standard Edition)"; 2. Age >=60 years old, with basic communication and exchange conditions, and informed consent to this research;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with concurrent major organ dysfunction, thyroid dysfunction, malignant tumors, those undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy, body fractures, bone tumors or tuberculosis, etc; 2. Craniocerebral tumors, infections, severe trauma, history of ethanol/drug dependence, congenital neuroplasia, etc; 3. Unable, unwilling or unwilling to comply with the research requirements, including lifestyle adjustments, follow-up visits and subject responsibilities; 4. Take large amounts of antibiotics and any other drugs that may interfere with microbiome analysis within 2 weeks before enrollment;
