Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) diagnosed at our institution between January 2016 and September 2024; 2. Diagnosis meeting the criteria of the Chinese Guidelines for DLBCL Diagnosis and Treatment; 3.Treatment-naïve patients at initial diagnosis; 4.Patients receiving R-CHOP or R-CHOP-like chemotherapy regimens at our institution; 5.Complete clinical, laboratory, and follow-up data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with concurrent malignancies or complex disease status; 2. HIV-positive status, immunosuppression, or history of organ transplantation; 3. Patients unable to receive first-line standard CHOP or R-CHOP chemotherapy due to infection, poor performance status, or other reasons.
