3 Years to 9 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) children aged 3 years to 9 years; 2) children with OSAS undergoing tonsillotomy and/or adenoidectomy, surgery time less than 1h; 3) ASA PS 2 ~ 3;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ASA PS >=4; 2) children with past history including psychological disorder or use opioids long time; 3) Morbid obesity, severe hepartic renal dysfunction, severe asthma or asthma in acute phase, mechanical or paralysed ileus, pneumonia or diabete mellitus; 4) recent upper respiratory infection within 2 weeks; 5) drug allergy; 6) emergency surgery; 7) refusal by parents or children; 8) any conditions that are considered inappropriate to participate in this study by anesthesiologists in charge or
