Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age > 50 years 2.Scheduled for arthroscopic shoulder surgery 3.ASA physical status classification I-II 4.Informed consent obtained and documented

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Active infection at the needle insertion site 2.Significant coagulation abnormalities (INR > 1.5 or platelet count < 100×10?/L)* 3.Severe dysfunction of major organ systems (cardiopulmonary/cerebral/renal) 4.Allergy to any study medication 5.Inability to comply with follow-up procedures 6.Cognitive impairment precluding reliable questionnaire completion
