20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From 20 to 70 years old. 2. The length of the mandibular bone defect is 10 - 14 cm. 3. CTA of the ilium can visualize the superior gluteal artery, the iliac-aortic artery and their vascular anastomosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Due to the inability to tolerate general anesthesia surgery due to overall health condition; 2. The length of mandibular bone defect is less than 6 cm or more than 14 cm. 3. The CT angiography of the ilium showed no distinct visualization of the circumflex iliac artery or the internal iliac artery.
