Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for intertrochanteric femoral fracture and femoral neck fracture and have surgical indications; 2. The patient has no history of open trauma, fracture and surgery in the hip; Age 65 years and above, there is no restriction on the side of surgery and gender; 3. Not taking hormones and anticoagulant drugs before surgery; 4. Pass the preoperative inspection and examination; 5. The patient and his or her family are willing to accept the research of this topic, be informed about the research and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious cardiac, lung, kidney and other systemic diseases that affect the safety of hyperbaric oxygen therapy; 2. Patients with contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy, such as untreated pneumothorax, middle ear disease, etc.; 3. Patients with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the study; 4. Receiving other treatments that may affect the results of the study, such as immunosuppressants, hormones, etc.; 5. Patients with hip osteoarthritis, fractures and injuries at other sites; 6. Patients with serious complications after surgery, such as acute renal failure, serious infection, etc., which may affect the study evaluation.
