Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed dated informed consent; 2. Promise to abide by the research procedures and cooperate with the implementation of the whole process of research; 3. Subjects are over 18 years old, and gender is not limited; 4. Imaging examination (B-ultrasound, CT or MRI) to diagnose or suspect lymph node lesions; 5. The lesion is larger than 1cm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable or refusing to sign informed consent 2. Anticoagulant/antiplatelet therapy cannot be suspended; 3. Be pregnant or lactating; 4. Presence of coagulation disorders (PLT 1.5); 5. Have a history of mental illness; 6. Have other medical conditions that are not suitable for FNB puncture.
