Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who need to receive general anesthesia for elective surgery; 2. Age 18-65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. ASA Grading I./II/III; 4. Preoperative blood routine, coagulation function, liver and kidney function and other experimental examinations were generally normal; 5. Normal group: 18.5 kg/m^2=30kg/m^2; 6. Patients voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to eggs, soybeans and related products; 2. Allergy to the study drug or structurally similar drugs; 3. Family history of malignant hyperthermia; 4. Have a history of alcohol abuse or drug abuse; 5. Patients with severe abnormal liver and kidney function and severe cardiopulmonary failure; 6. Those who take psychotropic drugs and chronic analgesic drugs for a long time; 7. Participated in other drug clinical trials as a subject in the past 3 months.
