Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction; 2. NRS-2002 score>=3 points; 3. Age: 18~80 years old; 4. Able to understand and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to eat by mouth on their own; 2. Need for total parenteral nutrition or tube feeding; 3. Patients in the terminal stage; 4. Presence of anorexia nervosa; 5. Malnutrition after gastrointestinal surgery; 6. Participate in other trials.
