Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria were adult patients, age >=60 years, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I to II, and consent to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria were a history of allergy to anesthetics, tachycardia (>120 beats/minute), atrial fibrillation, moderate-to-severe valvular heart disease, previous cardiac surgery, systolic heart failure (ejection fraction <50%), hemodynamic instability or the use of inotropic drugs/vasodilators during intraoperative TTE, and TTE Presence of lesions at the site or poor plaster or echocardiographic view.
