Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Eligible subjects in the lung cancer complicated with thrombosis group to be enrolled in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for lung cancer are in line with the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2023 edition); 2. Patients with confirmed venous thrombosis/pulmonary embolism by color Doppler or pulmonary artery contrast Eligible subjects in the lung cancer without thrombosis group to be enrolled in this study must meet all of the following criteria: 1. The diagnostic criteria for lung cancer are in line with the guidelines for clinical diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer of the Chinese Medical Association (2023 edition);
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for lung cancer complicated with thrombosis group: 1. Have been treated with VTE and anticoagulant or antiplate drugs before admission; 2. Previous history of hyperlipidemia and other medical conditions, long-term oral lipid-lowering drugs; 3. Previous cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events such as atrial fibrillation and cerebral infarction, long-term oral anti-plate or anticoagulant drug treatment. 4. Patient with known lack of treatment compliance in previous studies or ongoing medical care, based on medical records and judgment of the principal investigator, and/or the patient's ability to comply with all study requirements. Exclusion criteria for lung cancer without thrombosis group: 1. Patients with color Doppler or pulmonary artery contrast confirmed venous thrombosis/pulmonary embolism; 2. Known lack of treatment compliance in patients in previous studies or ongoing medical care, based on medical records and judgment of the principal investigator, and/or the patient's ability to comply with all study requirements.
