Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ERCP surgery performed at Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.Sign informed consent form for surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Cardiovascular or renal dysfunction; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Preoperative concomitant chronic pancreatitis; 4.Preoperative INR >= 1.5 or preoperative platelet count <= 50 × 10^9/L;
