Interventions

High risk group for aspiration:Rehabilitation education against aspiration and functional exercises for swallowing rehabilitation 3 times/week
Medium risk group for aspiration:Rehabilitation education against aspiration and functional exercises for swallowing rehabilitation 2 times/week
Low-risk group for aspiration:Rehabilitation education against aspiration and functional exercises for swallowing rehabilitation 1 time/week
High risk group for falls:Falls prevention rehabilitation education and falls prevention rehabilitation functional exercises 3 times/week
Falls Medium Risk Group:Fall prevention rehabilitation education good fall prevention rehabilitation functional exercise 2 times/week
Low-risk group for falls:Falls prevention rehabilitation education and falls prevention rehabilitation functional exercises 1 time/week

65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 65 and less than 80 years old (including 65 and 80 years old); 2. met the diagnostic criteria for debility in the Tilburg Simple Debilitation Assessment Scale; 4. risk of aspiration and risk of falling by applying the Standardised Swallowing Function Scale (SSA) and Morse Falls Assessment Scale (MFS); 4. willingness to participate in the study of rehabilitation interventions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cognitive dysfunction; 2. severe cardiovascular, respiratory diseases and other medical diseases; 3. severe osteoporosis; 4. oral mastication dysfunction or lower limb movement disorder, unable to complete rehabilitation exercise according to medical advice; 5. other serious chronic diseases.
