Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants: gestational age <= 32w, admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit. 2. Parents of premature infants: aged over 18 years old; Good communication skills; The home address is located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Premature infants: Newborns who give up treatment, need to be transferred to another hospital or department due to their condition, have severe deformities or genetic diseases, or have serious neurological disorders. 2. Parents of premature infants: accompanied by serious physical illnesses, mental or intellectual disabilities, unable to complete the investigation independently.
